- The merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached.
- We do not accept returns on any customized product.
- We do not accept returns on final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your items are returned, you will receive a notification of your refund or store credit.
Refunds will be issued once your item(s) have been returned. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank’s processing times. These timelines can vary by card issuer.
Quality Promise
We stand by our products. If something arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right—with a refund or exchange.
For damaged or malfunctioning items, we cover the cost of the return. To start a claim, just follow the return steps above. Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or ship out a replacement.
To be eligible, items must be returned within 45 days of purchase, in new and unworn condition, with tags attached and in the original state you received them. We reserve the right to decline returns on worn or damaged merchandise.
Please note: All embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
